Privacy notice
This notice explains what we collect through www.prototypeisl.com and the free PSI Health Check, why, and what you can do about it. It is written in plain words. If anything is unclear, write to us.
Who we are
Prototype Integrated Services Limited ("Prototype ISL", "we"), 39A Tai Solarin Street, 5th Avenue, Gwarimpa, FCT, Abuja. Email info@prototypeisl.com, phone +234 814 211 4512. We decide how your information is used, so we are the data controller.
What we collect
- Your email address, only if you ask us to email you your Health Check report and tick the consent box.
- Your Health Check answers are used once, to build your report. We do not save them. After the email is sent they are gone from our systems.
- Messages you send us, by email or WhatsApp, including anything you choose to include in them.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, bank details or documents through the website. The "Send my results on WhatsApp" button only opens WhatsApp with a message you can read and edit. We receive it only if you press send.
Why we use it, and our basis
- To email your report. Our basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box.
- To send you occasional useful notes about running a steadier business. Our basis is the same consent. Every note carries a way to unsubscribe.
- To reply to messages you send us. Our basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, and steps you ask us to take before any contract.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Who handles it for us
We use trusted providers to run the service. They handle information only on our instructions:
- Brevo, to send emails and hold our mailing list (your email address and the source tag "PSI Health Check").
- Cloudflare, to run the small service that builds and sends your report.
- Google Analytics, only if you accept it, to count visits (see Cookies and analytics below).
- Google Fonts, which supplies the page font, so your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
Some of these providers process information outside Nigeria. We choose providers that protect personal data to a high standard and we keep what they hold to the minimum.
How long we keep it
Your email address stays on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We review the list at least once a year and remove addresses that have not been active. Messages you send us are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before. To use any of these rights, or to unsubscribe, reply "unsubscribe" to any email or write to info@prototypeisl.com. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (from Google LLC) to count visits and see which pages are useful. It runs only if you click Accept on the banner. If you click Decline, or ignore the banner, it does not run. When it runs it sets cookies and sends your device and browsing information (pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, with your IP address shortened) to Google, which may process it outside Nigeria. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share your email address with it. Your choice is remembered in your browser. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser, or use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of the home page. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. We use no advertising trackers.
Security
Pages are served over HTTPS. We keep access to the mailing list limited to people who need it, and we ask our providers to protect it.
Changes
We will change the date at the top when we update this notice.
